Contract for Replacement Program MUST be Purchased at the Same Time as the Product and Appear on the Same Invoice. This is a 1 Year or 2 Year Extension on the MFG Warranty, NOT from DOP Like the System Program So When the MFG Warranty is over, the 1 or 2 Yr EXT Kicks in for Replacement. Until then the Unit Must be Repaired as per the MFG criteria. R & R Fees and Shipping Costs are NOT Covered in this Program. The Product will be Replaced ONCE, Terminating the Policy. You have the Option to buy Another Policy.
