Delivery & Installation
Our service does not end after the sale. We will carry your new product into your home, interface with existing equipment, and explain any new remotes or operations with you. Our goal is to have you look at remote controls less and enjoy your new system more.

We will explain your new system in such a way that you can relax and enjoy your new equipment without opening a single instruction manual or handle confusing cables. Most of the calls we get are of the “thank you” and “those guys were great” variety. We want our final contact with the client to be as enjoyable and effortless for them as it was with the in-store demonstration.

Color Calibration
Color calibration is a set of corrections, aimed at making the picture on your HDTV looks its best, and prolong the life of your HDTV by correctly setting brightness and contrasts, thereby making the power supply more stable.

Home theater is mostly about sound.  Therfore, the receiver is the heart of the home theater system.  We carry quality name brands such as Sony and Integra, who are known for superior sound quality and design.       Features to consider:

  • Wattage – Look at the wattage specifications to make sure that your speakers will be able to handle the power of your receiver.
  • Amps – Amps have multiple purposes.  You can add more power to your current surround sound system, add more speakers in other rooms, or power multi-zone systems.
  • Surround Sound Capabilities – Since your receiver will be used in a home theater system, this is very important.  There are different types and setups for surround sound, so let us help you determine which is the right for you.
  • Inputs – The number and type of input determines what can be plugged in where and the resolution level that input can accept.
  • Coaxial - Accepts standard definition
  • Composite - Accepts standard and enhanced definition
  • Component - Accepts HD signals 720p and 1080i
  • HDMI - Accepts all HD signals including 1080p and Full HD
  • RGB/HD15 - Accepts computer signal, uses HDTV for computer monitor
  • Multi-format memory card reader - Accepts SD and other memory cards.  Display pictures or play mp3 or wma files on your HDTV.
  • Multi-Zone Capabilities - Some recievers have a second zone output.  Some are powered and some need an aditional amplifer.  This is a perfect way to listen to the game in the kitchen or listen to music while grilling outside.  The second zone can be a seperate source, cd, radio, etc.

Another important part of your system will be the choice of speakers. Speakers can make or break the home theater experience, and a good receiver is nothing without good speakers (and vice-versa). We carry quality, well-known brands including Klipsch and Paradigm.

  • Size – Speaker size should be determined by room size.  Left and right front speakers are usually the largest, followed by the center channel.  Center channels are perhaps the most important speaker in your system due to the fact that is where the majority of the dialog comes from.  Left and right rear speakers act as fillers, playing mainly backround sounds to finish the "surround" effect.
  • Impedance – The impedance of your speakers should match the impedance of the receiver.  (Home systems are usually 8 ohms.)
  • Watts – With speakers, wattage measures how much power they can handle. The speakers you buy should be able to handle the amout of power you want to put to them.  Always check and match the power ratings for the speakers and receiver or amp)
  • Subwoofer – To add the deep bass sounds, you will need a subwoofer. Go with a powered sub, as it takes some strain off your receiver and adds a dramatic effect to your movies.
  • Speaker Wire – If you are going to spend your hard-earned money on the perfect speakers, you should ensure that they are getting the best possible input quality by using high end speaker wire. We recommend Monster Cable.  Don't want your wires visible?  We have special wire that is up to code to run through your walls!
